Victoria Falls sits on the border between two African countries — Zimbabwe and Zambia — making it a natural wonder that’s shared by two nations!

Victoria Falls was named after Queen Victoria of England in 1855 by the explorer David Livingstone, but local people have always called it “Mosi-oa-Tunya” which means “The Smoke that Thunders”!
