In a big, colorful garden, there was a tiny seed buried deep in the soil. Every day, the little seed would look up at the tall trees around it and wish, “I want to be tall and strong like them, but I’m too small.”
The little seed was afraid it could never grow. It felt too tiny and weak. But one morning, the bright sun smiled down at the seed and said, “Little seed, don’t be afraid. You can grow tall and strong if you just believe in yourself!”
The seed didn’t know what to think at first, but the sun’s warmth gave it hope. Slowly, the seed began to stretch its roots into the earth and reach its tiny leaves toward the sky. Whenever it rained, the seed happily drank up the water, and whenever the sun shone, it soaked in the sunshine.
Days turned into weeks, and little by little, the seed grew taller. First, it was a small sprout, then a strong stem with green leaves, and finally, a beautiful flower blossomed at the top. The garden was filled with the bright colors of the flower, and all the other plants looked at it with admiration.
“You did it!” said the sun, beaming with pride. “See what happens when you believe in yourself?”
The little seed was no longer little—it had grown into a tall, beautiful flower, all because it had the courage to try.
Moral:
Believe in yourself, and you can grow.
