Basic Information

Moose are the largest members of the deer family in the world, making them the biggest deer species on Earth.

Dingoes usually have ginger-colored fur, but they can also be black and tan, white, black, brindle (striped), sable (ginger with a dark stripe), or patchy (white with spots).

There are currently six subspecies of tigers recognized by scientists: Bengal, Siberian (Amur), Sumatran, Malayan, Indochinese, and South China tigers!

The three-banded armadillo is the only type that can roll into a complete ball by tucking in their head, feet, and tail — like a tiny armored superhero!

Some lemurs have excellent night vision that helps them see in the dark — but they still need a little light from the moon or stars to find their way!
